Casino Player is a short tale packed with a surprising quality of plot, theme, and characterization. This little book definitely put Destiny
Blaine on my must-read authors list. By the end I felt the way I might if I had read a long, satisfying novel.

The appropriately-named and beauteous Candy has been a highly-placed {and high-priced} call girl in Las Vegas for more than a year.
Making friends with the hosts for player development at many important casinos gives her an edge plus the security of knowing friendly
folks are keeping an eye out for her safety. One of her host friends, Daniel, seems to want more than just friendship and intimacy.

When Candy’s useless gambling-addicted father shows up at her apartment demanding ten grand, she goes to Daniel for help,
intending only to borrow the half of that she needs to pay him off for now. Yet Daniel goes well beyond friendship and ensures Candy’s
father won’t disturb her again, neither with his monetary demands nor with his hateful slurs on her profession. Then Daniel’s profession of
love for Candy suddenly seems to explode in both their faces, and life takes a harsh turn—for now. But we can’t count either Daniel or
Candy out of the love picture just yet.

Casino Player is delightful, heartwarming, and educational, packed as it is with the minutiae of casino life. Daniel and Candy, and the
secondary characters as well, are finely drawn and could be anyone of our acquaintance. Readers looking for a short erotic sizzler with
good characterization and plot, suitable for bedtime rereads, need to pick up Casino Player.
