The Concubine and the Temple is an excitingly hot short story that will fuel the flames in almost every reader. Although not for the faint of
heart, the sadism and violence is not gratuitous but becomes an integral part of the story.

Mellia and Zefra have been best friends since early childhood. Raised from birth as Concubines of the Temple of the God Anrak, Mellia and
Zefra are also lovers, comforting each other in their daily routines while remaining virginal, should the God ever elect to descend after all
these centuries. An act of violence leaves Zefra unjustly accused, and out of compassion and love for her friend, Mellia vows to take her
place. She undergoes horrific torments, but never wavers in her conviction of Zefra's innocence.

Author Nyki Blatchley spins an enticing tale, encouraging the reader to anticipate further offerings. Imaginative and lush, The Concubine
and the Temple provide steaming and detailed f/f sensuality, graphic BDSM, and a very unexpected but gratifying surprising ending. This is
a don't miss story.
